The CLEANair Furnace Rebate Program is an incentive program that encourages consumers to choose a cleaner home heating product, with fewer air polluting emissions. There are three CLEANair rebates for: 1) Ultra-Low NOx High Altitude Furnaces (installed at or above 4,200 feet above sea level), 2) Ultra-Low NOx Weatherized Furnaces, and 3) All-electric heat pump systems with a maximum cooling capacity of less than 6 tons, for replacements of existing furnace systems. The CLEANair Furnace Rebate Program is funded by the South Coast Air Quality Management District (South Coast AQMD).
The contractor direct option provides a consumer with a point of sale rebate which reduces your customer’s upfront cost while accelerating your sales and reducing customer calls for misplaced documentation. To take advantage of this opportunity, itemize your invoice to show that the customer instantly received the full value of the CLEANair Furnace Rebate at time of sale. Then, complete the online application including the dually signed customer release form and the customer signed invoice showing full job details. Upon application approval, you will receive the full amount of the rebate from the CLEANair Furnace Rebate Program.
